Our Principal and Staff
At Marsden Road Public School, literacy and numeracy are the foundations that give students confidence and open pathways to future opportunities. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.
Welcome From Our Principal
At Marsden Road Public School, we believe every child deserves a life of choice, not chance. A strong foundation in literacy and numeracy is essential to opening doors, expanding opportunities, and empowering students to shape their own futures with confidence.
Equally important is the character we build along the way. We take pride in nurturing values such as citizenship, a strong work ethic, respect, and good manners—qualities that guide our students to make wise decisions and become responsible members of their community.
We also place great emphasis on kindness—kindness to one another and kindness to the world we live in. We actively teach our students to care for our environment, protect our forests, and show compassion towards animals. These lessons shape not just learners, but thoughtful, conscientious human beings.
Our school is recognised as a model school, known for its strong teaching pedagogy and commitment to excellence. As a result, we are proud to welcome many visitors each year who come to learn from our practices and see our work in action.
Our goal is to create a school where every child is nurtured, challenged, and supported; a place where academic excellence and strong values come together to form the foundation of a bright future.
I warmly welcome you to our school community.
